摘  要
    本污水厂主要用于处理印染废水,印染废水的B/C值较低,色度较大,故需要水解酸化处理和深度处理。废水首先经过格栅和调节池,去除一些较大的悬浮物和漂浮物,并在调节池内调节废水的水质和水量;然后进入水解酸化池,改善废水的可生化性,提高生化池的处理效率;生化池选用接触氧化池,去除大量的BOD和COD;接触氧化池中脱落的生物膜在竖流沉淀池中沉淀去除;之后进行深度处理,深度处理采用混凝沉淀,过滤,消毒的工艺流程,进一步的去除废水SS,COD和色度,达到要求的污水排入市政管网中;竖流沉淀池和混凝沉淀产生的污泥流入污泥浓缩池(间隙式重力浓缩池),经过浓缩后的污泥在缓冲罐内与PAM试剂混合,之后用板框式压滤机进行脱水处理,处理后的污泥外运。

Abstract 
     The wastewater treatment plant is mainly used for treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater. The BOD/COD of the printing and dyeing wastewater is relatively low, and the chroma of it is relatively high.So it is necessary for the printing and dyeing wastewater to make a Hydrolysis acidification treatment and deep treatment.
     First, the waster water moved into the gird and the regulation pool. Some of the larger suspended matter and floats will be removed in the pool,and the quality and water will become more even.Second, the wastewater  move into the hydrolysis acidification pool,which improving the biodegradability of the wastewater and improving the processing efficiency of the biochemical pool.Third,the wastewater moved into the biological contact oxidation pond.In this pool,a large amounts of BOD and COD will be removed. The shedding of biological membrane in this pool moved into the vertical flow sedimentation tank.Fourth, the wastewater will conduct deep treatment to remove SS,COD and chroma further, which including coagulation sedimentation, filtration and disinfection process.At last, the wastewater discharged into the municipal pipe network.
      The sludge of the vertical flow sedimentation tank and the coagulation sedimentation moved into the gap type gravity thickener, and the concentrated sludge mixed with PAM reagent in buffer tank. Then, the sludge will be transported to the plate and frame filer press for dehydration treatment. At last, the sludge will be transported out of the  wastewater treatment plant.
