摘 要：湖南省在发展经济、实现中部崛起远大目标的过程中，应大力发展现代农业，走农业现代化道路，为我省实现“四化两型”战略目标奠定强有力的基础，为我省实现十二五规划目标提供有力保障。农业是国民经济的基础，对经济发展和社会稳定有着至关重要的作用，走现代化农业道路已经成为世界各国发展农业经济的必然选择。近年来我省的现代化农业发展迅速，但也存在着一些问题。本文就湖南省农业现代化发展现状、发展模式及存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的发展对策和建议。
