光纤温度测量系统的设计(光电子技术科学)(论文10000字)
摘 要:以光纤通信和光纤传感技术为代表的信息技术和传感技术在20世纪后半叶至今的几十年里,以惊人的速度发展、扩散,极大地推动了人类社会的进步。目前这项技术已成为光纤传感器技术中最具有领先的技术之一。分布式光纤温度测量系统能在整条的光纤长度上,已距离的连续函数形式传感出被测温度随光纤长度方向的变化。
分布式光纤温度传感器中的光纤既是传输介质又是传感介质,以及还具有抗电磁干扰、尺寸小、对被测温度场的影响小、防燃等其他传感器无法比拟的优点。分布式光纤温度传感器能探测到的含有温度信息喇曼后向散射光非常微弱,甚至完全淹没在噪声里。对反斯托克斯和斯托克斯后向散射光的消除噪声的水平直接关系整个系统的测温精度,因此必须采用微弱信号检测技术。
本文主要完成了分布式光纤拉曼测温系统的整体设计及温度实验,并做了相关的理论分析及优化,主要内容及创新点如下:
1.从经典电磁学理论和量子学理论阐述了拉曼散射的原理。
2.确定系统结构方案,介绍了系统器件的主要功能及指标参数。
3.搭建实验系统进行相关温度测试实验,详细分析了数据处理过程及实验结果。

Abstract:The information technology and sensing technology represented as fiber communication and fiber sensing are strongly developed in this several decades, which immensely accelerates the progress of human society.Nowadays, this has been one of the most promising technology in fiber optic sensor. The fiber optic distributed temperature sensor system can sens a the change of temperature along the optical fiber by the form of continuous function of distance.
The fiber used in fiber optic distributed sensor is not only transport media but also sensing media. It has the characteristics of resistance  to electromagnetic interfere, against fire, small size and little effect to temperature field. The back scattering Raman signal with the information of temperature is quite weak and even completely submerged in noise. The measurement accuracy of the whole system has relationship with the denoising level to anti-Stokes and Stokes back scattering. Weak signal measurement is must be used in this system.
The main contents and innovation are as follows:
1.The Raman scattering theory was analyzed from traditional electromagnetic theory
and quantum theory.
2.The experiment system design was determined and technical characteristics of each
device were introduced.
3.Experiments about temperature measurements were completed.
4.A dual-points temperature demodulating method was proposed to estimate the channels amplifications and system DC offsets.
