摘要:随着科技和文化的共同发展,健康问题逐渐吸引了人们的重视。追求更高的品质生活。而正因为步行对于健康起到如此重要的作用,而又需要一个参照物来记录我们真实的行走步数,一个低功耗、高精度的计步器是不可或缺的,计步器是一种经济、科学、受欢迎的工具,它可以督促我们每天完成定下的的计数目标。它的主要功能是测量人们在步行和跑步时的步数,并通过电子系统准确的将步数转化为数字信号反映出来。然而现今计步器加入了许多新型功能,给人们带来了更好的用户体验,例如:蓝牙连接设备、GPS定位系统、消耗热量显示、心率监测、路线报告、睡眠质量监测情况等功能。计步器的形式也多种多样:可穿戴式、智能手机APP、智能鞋。随着科学技术的发展,以单片机为核心的计步器拥有较高的精确度,并且外型小巧、方便。本设计的设计目标则是设计一块简易的计步器,具备清零,累加等功能,步数可以通过0.96英寸的OLED屏幕显示出来,计步器具备体积小、便于写道、成本低、结构简单的特点,通过计步器人们则可以知道自己跑了多少步,实时掌握自己运动情况。

Abstract:With the common development of science and technology and culture, health has become a major issue in people's lives. People have gradually begun to pay attention to health, pay attention to physical health problems, and pursue a higher quality of life. Just because walking plays such an important role in health, and a reference object is needed to record our true walking steps, a low-power, high-precision pedometer is indispensable, and the pedometer is a An economic, scientific, and popular tool that can urge us to complete our set goals every day. Its main function is to measure the number of steps people walk and run, and to accurately reflect the number of steps into digital signals through the electronic system. However, today's pedometers have added many new features, giving people a better user experience, such as: Bluetooth module, GPS positioning, calorie consumption calculation, heart rate monitoring, walking route, sleep monitoring, sedentary reminder and other functions. Pedometers come in a variety of forms: wearable, smartphone apps, smart shoes. Early pedometers used the pendulum principle as the step-counting technique of the time,using aggravated mechanical switches to detect the pace, and with a simple counter, once the device was shaken, a metal ball would be heard to slide left and right, or It is the sound of a pendulum hitting the block, and the pedometer based on the MCU has the advantages of accuracy, reliability, stability and convenience. It is accepted by most people and the design of this design is adopted. The goal is to design a simple pedometer with zero clearing and accumulating functions. The number of steps can be displayed through the 0.96-inch OLED screen, and it has small size, easy to carry, low cost, simple structure, good performance and accurate counting. And so on, through the pedometer people can know how many steps they ran, and master their own sports in real time.
