浅谈河北地区听障儿童康复教育的现状与思考(论文11000字)
摘要
听障儿童作为特殊儿童中的一大群体,是世界性的问题。“十聋九哑”一向被人们认作常理,然而听障儿童虽然失聪,其发音器官并未受损,通过有效训练是完全可以学会说话,做到“聋而不哑”的。因此,听障儿童语言康复工作十分重要,刻不容缓。为此,国家出台有关听力语言康复“十一五”的实施方案,并开展耳聋预防宣传、听力筛查、康复咨询指导、助听器验配等工作,但目前听障儿童康复实际工作仍存在很多问题。
本文就目前河北地区听障儿童所接受的语言康复教育的现状与思考进行探讨与研究,从发现症状到接受有效治疗做出一系列介绍,并针对各类现状分析所得出的目前我区所存在的问题,提出有效的解决办法。

Abstract
Deaf children, as a special children in a big group, is a worldwide problem."Ten nine deaf mute" - to be considered as common sense, but the deaf children, although deaf, its pronunciation organs is not damaged, through effective training is completely can learn to speak, do not deaf mute.As a result, the deaf childrens’ language rehabilitation work is very important, it is urgent.To that end, countries about hearing language rehabilitation "11th five-year plan" of the implementation of the plan, and to prevent deafness propaganda, hearing screening, rehabilitation counseling, such as hearing aid fitting work, but now the deaf children rehabilitation practical work also has a lot of problems.
In this paper, the current Hebei region of hearing impaired children accepted language rehabilitation education, discusses the present situation and the thinking and research from the deaf childrens' symptoms were found to make a series of effective therapy is introduced, the hope for from the status quo analysis of the current problems existed in the development of our proposed effective solutions.
