基于“卓越计划”理念的信管专业应用型人才培养模式研究(附调查问卷)

基于“卓越计划”理念的信管专业应用型人才培养模式研究(附调查问卷)(任务书,开题报告,论文38000字)
摘  要
国家教育部在2010年提出“卓越工程师培养计划”,旨在培养出一批创新能力强,适应社会高速发展的工程技术型人才。信管专业作为一门现代管理科学与计算机技术多学科交叉的复合型专业,对学生的工程技术能力有着较高的要求。所以信管专业如何在“卓越计划”的理念之下,建立一套新的人才培养模式,培养出符合社会需求的信管专业应用型人才是当前需要解决的问题。
本文通过文献综述、调查分析、实践研究、比较研究和案例分析等方法,首先对卓越工程师培养计划、CDIO工程教育理念和信管专业培养体系做了解读,其次对我国信管专业的人才培养现状进行研究,通过对信管专业的就业情况、学生对信管专业培养现状的看法、信管专业现有培养模式和社会对信管专业人才的需求的调查来分析培养现状和社会需求之间差距,接着对国内已经实施“卓越计划”的专业进行现状调查,分析其中的优点和缺点,从中获得对建立信管专业新培养模式的启示。最后,在此基础上,构建基于“卓越计划”理念的信管专业应用型人才培养模式,提出人才培养目标、培养模式、培养体系架构、培养的思路与理念,并进一步明确培养计划实施中的保障体系、考评机制、实施步骤等,来保证基于“卓越计划”的信管专业应用型人才培养模式的实用性和可行性。
本文主要的研究成果一是分析了国内信管专业的培养现状以及“卓越计划”的实施现状;二是提出了信管专业的“卓越计划”培养体系架构;三是构建了信管专业的“卓越计划”培养模式的实施保障体系。本文希望能对信管专业的应用型工程人才培养模式上提供有价值的参考。

Abstract
In 2010, the ministry of education proposed the "excellence engineer training program", which aims to develop a number of innovative and adaptable engineering talents. As a modern management science and computer technology, it has a high demand for students' engineering skills. So how to establish a new talents training mode, and how to cultivate professional applied engineering talents who can meet social need are two problems that need to be solved.
In this paper, through literature review, investigation, analysis, practice research, comparative research and case analysis, the author first study and analyze the excellent engineers training plan, CDIO engineering education concepts and information management training system. Then study the current situation of the information management talents training in our country. Through investigating information management employment situation, students’ views of current situations of the information management professional talents training, current talents training modes and the social demands for professional talents, the author analyzes the gap between current training situation and the social demands, and the to investigate the current situation of the domestic majors which have been implemented the “excellent program”, and analyze the advantages and disadvantages which can give us enlightenment to establish a new information management talents’ training mode. Finally, on this basis, the author establish the new training mode of information management applied talents with the concept of “excellent program”, put forward the professional talents training target, training mode, training system, training idea and concept, and further clearly define the security system, establish mechanism and implement steps and other parts of training plan to ensure the practicality and feasibility of the new training applied talents mode based on the “excellent program”.
The main research results of this paper: first, analyzing present situations of information management talents training and “excellent program” implement. Second, putting forward the cultivating system architecture of information management “excellent program”; Third, establishing the implementation security system of information management “excellent program” training mode. In this paper, we hope to provide valuable reference for the training mode of applied engineering talents.
