随着世界经济的不断发展，国际市场上的竞争越来越激烈，如果企业想要在国内市场和国际市场上占据一席之地，那么就一定要不断提升自身的竞争实力。而占据更多的市场份额就意味着企业竞争实力的不断提升，对于企业来说往往通过并购的方式来扩大自身的经营规模。在支付之前通常并购交易需要经历一个漫长的流程，当双方正式达成合作之后就涉及到了支付环节，选择不同的支付方式对于企业来说都会获得不一样的经济效益，所以企业在选择支付方式之前一定要结合本次交易的具体情况以及企业自身的运营状况，在此基础上制定出科学合理的并购支付方案。如果企业在这一环节掉以轻心，那么很有可能会导致整个并购合作的失败。本文在正式研究之前，首先收集了大量该领域的研究资料，对该领域中已经形成的研究结果进行进一步的分析和整理，在此基础上结合相关的实际案例，对企业在并购中的支付方式的选择进行深入研究。接下来提出了目前企业在选择并购支付方式方面所存在的问题，并且针对问题提出了相关建议，希望能够切实帮助企业在经营的过程中选择出科学合理的支付方式，以此来将经营风险降到最低。

Title The influence of the payment method of enterprise merger
and acquisition on the company's monetary capital and operational risk
Abstract
Merger and acquisition is an effective and important way for enterprises to expand themselves. In the future economic development, merger and acquisition will become more and more common and more important to the development of enterprises. Payment of consideration in mergers and acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions need to adopt a reasonable way, m&a payment method of choice is the final link of mergers and acquisitions, also is one of the most important link, its final choice will affect the whole enterprise mergers and acquisitions of comprehensive benefits, and enterprise planning for their finances, business efficiency and equity structure adjustment, after the merger integration, the final success or failure of the whole m&a plays an important role. This paper combines literature research and case studies, the paper summarizes the existing research results, on the basis of existing research, the enterprise m&a payment related issues were discussed, according to its actual application in the use of different, subdividing each payment method, and choose the key points of the stock exchange mergers and acquisitions, private placement, and so on have done a lot of research; Secondly, it points out the difficulties faced by the implementation of merger and acquisition payment methods, and finally puts forward targeted countermeasures to solve the difficulties of payment methods, hoping to help enterprises to further control the risks.
