摘要
随着信息技术的发展,全渠道销售逐渐兴起,但由于全渠道销售的特性,很难对其质量问题开展监管。近年来,质检总局在全渠道销售产品质量监管方面进行了尝试,也取得了一些成果,但是电商产品质量整体水平和消费者期望还有很大差距。
本文以解决当前我国电商产品质量问题为出发点,以全渠道模式理论为基础,通过问卷调查的方法研究全渠道模式下的产品质量的影响因素。主要内容包括:
第一章是绪论,介绍论文的背景、意义以及内容和思路。
第二章是理论基础、国内外研究现状文献综述部分。
第三章,分析了全渠道模式下产品质量发展现状和面临的问题。
第四章,设计了调查问卷,对全渠道模式下产品质量的影响因素进行了分析。分析结果表明,全渠道模式下产品质量问题非常常见,而售后服务、平台自律、政府监管都存在很大问题,都会影响全渠道模式下的产品质量。
第五章,从政府角度、企业角度、个人角度三方面提出改善产品质量的建议。
第六章,对本文的主要结论进行了总结,并提出了未来研究方向。

Research on the Influencing Factors of Product Quality under the Omnichannel Model
Abstract
With the development of the economy and society, e-commerce, which is based on the rise of Internet technology, has constantly changed people's consumption habits and affected all aspects of residents' lives. While e-commerce has brought convenience, it has also exposed a large number of problems. Low-quality, low-quality, fake and shoddy products have emerged in an endless stream, which has seriously damaged the interests of consumers and is also detrimental to the healthy development of e-commerce in China. Because e-commerce has the characteristics of being virtual, trans-regional, and hidden, it is difficult to rely on traditional supervision modes to supervise the quality of e-commerce products. In recent years, the national quality inspection situation has become increasingly prominent in the quality problems of e-commerce products. It has explored and tried for e-commerce product quality supervision, and has achieved some results. However, the overall level of e-commerce product quality and consumer expectations A big gap.
This paper starts with solving the current problems of China's e-commerce products quality, and based on the theory of the omni-channel model, analyzes the problems and influencing factors of product quality under the omni-channel model through questionnaire survey methods. Finally, from the perspective of government, enterprises, and individuals Three suggestions for improving product quality are proposed. We hope that through the joint efforts of the three parties, we will effectively enhance product quality under the omni-channel model and promote the healthy development of business under the omni-channel model.
