跨境进口电商的供应链管理研究(任务书,开题报告,论文15000字)
摘要
随着生活水平的提高和消费观念的升级,跨境进口电商成为消费者新的选择。高水平的供应链管理是跨境进口电商企业的核心竞争力。供应链绩效评价是对供应链管理效果的评估,是供应链管理必不可少的一部分。现有的跨境电商供应链绩效评价研究只提供了研究方法和结果,没有针对跨境电商供应链管理方法作进一步优化。本文建立了跨境进口电商供应链管理的框架模型,旨在根据供应链绩效评价体系,为供应链管理的优化策略提供科学的决策依据。
本文首先分析了跨境进口电商的五类模式和供应链管理的现存问题。随后,利用平衡积分卡(BSC)的方式搭建了跨境进口电商的供应链绩效评价指标体系,并进一步建立了解释结构模型(ISM),对影响供应链绩效的因素进行了层级分析。经研究发现,跨境进口电商供应链绩效的影响因素具有5个层次,其中产品质量、物流体验、支付体验、通关效率等构成了影响跨境进口电商供应链绩效的底层根源因素,用户满意度和产品可靠性位于次基层,企业的营销能力和用户粘度位于中间层,直接影响上层因素销售额和市场占有率,企业利润则为最表层因素。最后,根据模型结果,从供应商、物流、库存管理、退货策略等角度,提出了跨境进口电商供应链管理的优化策略。

Abstract
With the improvement of living standards and the upgrading of consumption view, import cross-border e-business has become a new choice of consumers. High level of supply chain management is the core competitiveness of companies. AS an assessment of supply chain management effect, supply chain performance evaluation is an essential part of supply chain management. The existing studies of supply chain performance evaluation only provide research methods and results, there is no further optimization of import cross-border e-business’s supply chain management methods. This paper establishes a framework model of import cross-border e-business’s supply chain management, which aims to provide scientific decision-making basis for supply chain management optimization strategy based on supply chain performance evaluation system.
First of all, this paper analyzes five types of import cross-border e-business and the existing problems of supply chain management. Secondly, use the Balanced Score Card (BSC) to establish the performance evaluation index system of import cross-border e-business supply chain. By using the Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) method, the factors of supply chain performance are analyzed hierarchically. The study found that the factors of supply chain performance of import cross-border e-business have five layers: the underlying factors are product quality, logistics experience, payment experience and customs clearance efficiency, etc; user satisfaction and product reliability are on the fourth level; marketing ability and user loyalty are located in the middle tier, which affect the upper factors sales volume and market share directly, and profit is the top factor of this model. In the end, from perspectives of supplier, logistics, inventory management and return policy, the paper propose the optimization strategies of supply chain management in import cross-border e-business.
