连锁超市O2O物流配送方案研究-以沃尔玛为例(任务书,开题报告,论文12000字)
摘要
连锁超市是世界上最重要的零售业态,也是我国零售业的主力军。连锁经营通过配送中心实现大规模统一采购和统一配送,获得更高的成本和竞争优势。随着连锁超市规模的扩大,物流配送在连锁超市发展中的作用日益突出。目前,我国连锁超市物流配送模式选择相对单一,统一配送率低,无法达到规模效益。电子商务作为信息技术的产物,为人类社会提供了一种新的经营方式,为人类社会提供了一种新的交易方式。因此,有必要建立一个科学、合理、规范、基于技术和电子商务平台的物流配送系统。因此,在电子商务环境下,把电子商务与物流配送相结合,可以促进物流配送的发展。
沃尔玛作为世界零售业龙头,连续三年高居《财富》杂志全球500强企业榜首。目前,沃尔玛在全球15个国家开设了超过8,000家商场,下设53个品牌,员工总数210多万人,每周光临沃尔玛的顾客2亿人次。沃尔玛物流配送管理模式是沃尔玛成功的关键,其物流配送中心,运输战略,补货系统都值得我国连锁超市学习。
本文分析了电子商务理论、连锁经营理论和物流配送理论并总结了三者关系,指出三者是相辅相成的。根据电子商务与物流配送的关系及其各自的特点,从物流配送的实际情况分析我国连锁企业物流配送方案的现状,根据电子商务环境分析我国连锁企业物流配送的发展制约因素,探讨了电子商务对连锁超市物流配送的发展前景,并提出了电子商务环境下解决连锁超市物流配送问题的优化方案。

Abstracts
Supermarket chain is the world's most important retail formats, but also the main force of China's retail industry. Chain operations through large-scale distribution centers unified purchase and unified distribution, higher costs and competitive advantage.
