摘  要:随着21世纪的到来,国民收入水平的提高和国内旅游的兴起,以及中国和国际接轨加入WTO,众多国外知名的高星酒店纷纷进入中国市场,给我国的高星酒店造成了强劲冲击。国外高星酒店经过许多年的发展已然成熟,在我国的市场上占有相当的优势,而我国的很多高星酒店并没有达到国际标准,与国外知名高星酒店相比,差距是存在的。想要在现今越发激烈的酒店竞争中占有一席之地并且有所发展,就必须解决高星酒店的营销问题。本文以湖南金源大酒店为研究对象,提出了营销创新可以选择的方向和实施过程中可能遇到的问题和对策。

The Study of Hunan Gold Source Hotel Marketing Innovation
Abstract: With the advent of the 21st century,raising the level of national income and the rise of domestic tourism, as well as Chinese and international standards to join WTO, many foreign well-known high-star hotels have entered the Chinese market, to the high-star hotels in China have created a strong impact. High-star hotel has been abroad many years of development have become more sophisticated, the market in our country a considerable advantage, many high-star hotels in China do not meet international standards, and foreign well-known high-star hotels, the gap is there. Want more and more intense in today's competition in the hotel and be developed in place, we must solve the marketing problems of high star hotel. Text to study in Hunan Gold Source Hotel is proposed to choose the direction of marketing  innovation and implementation problems and possible countermeasures.
