摘  要
随着科技和社会的发展和进步,各种各样的车辆将会陆续出现在公路上面,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对车的质量和稳定性提出了更高的要求。对这个问题解决的程度如何,反映着一个社会从科技水平到人文关怀等各方面的发达程度。
双横臂式独立悬架是常见的悬架形式之一,在汽车领域有着广泛的应用,要求具有稳定的可靠性。其突出优点是在于设计的灵活性,可以通过合理选择空间导向杆系的接触点的位置及控制臂的长度,使得悬架具有合理的运动特性。本设计以汽车车型进行双横臂式悬架的设计,利用平面作图法和平面解析法对悬架的上、下横臂的尺寸和空间布局进行设计,计算选用双同时减震器和螺旋弹簧匹配悬架系统,保证轮胎的几何定位参数在各种悬架的摆动情况下都符合汽车行驶的要求,反复核算以保证在各种形式条件下获得最佳平顺性和操作稳定性。

Abstract
With the development and progress of science and technology and society, all kinds of vehicles will appear on the highway, with the improvement of people's living standard, people put forward higher requirements on the quality and stability of the vehicle. How to solve this problem, reflects a society from the level of science and technology to the development of human care and other aspects of.
Double cross arm type independent suspension is one of the common forms of suspension, which has a wide range of applications in the automotive field. Its outstanding advantage is that the flexibility of design, through the reasonable choice of the position of the contact point and the length of the control arm, makes the suspension has a reasonable motion characteristics. This design to car models for the design of the double wishbone suspension, using plane mapping method and the plane analytical method of suspension on, under transverse arm of the size and spatial layout design, calculation and selection of double and shock absorber and a helical spring suspension matching system, ensure the tire geometry set parameters under various suspension swings are in line with the requirements of vehicle, the iterative calculation to ensure in various forms under the condition of get the best ride and handling stability.
    Therefore, this paper firstly makes a research on the choice of the scheme. Through the designer to master the professional knowledge, relevant information on the Internet and at home and abroad, the kinds of design present situation, after a detailed investigation, the graduation design a set of environmental protection and energy saving of electric automobile door.
