摘要
现今社会使用车的人越来越多,因为各种原因引起的交通事故也频发,给人们带来了重大的伤害。其中,我们是可以在一定程度上避免汽车质量问题造成的损害的。由于转向装置是汽车的重要组成部分,因此它也是确定车辆主动安全性的关键组成部分。其质量严重影响汽车的操控性和稳定性,这关乎驾驶人,乘客以及他人的生命财产安全。为了尽量避免汽车质量本身造成的伤害,我们需要对汽车液压助力转向器产品进行出厂前的性能试验,来保证转向器的质量。根据国家汽车行业标准中的汽车液压助力转向器技术条件与试验方法,考虑空载动力矩、转向力试验、灵敏度试验、回正能力和功能试验的试验要求,选择合适的转向器动力输入部分、夹具部分和输出部分。认识到液压助力性能试验台既要能提供转向器输入结构的动力输入,也要考虑到一方面要给转向器输出部分提供负载,也要能给转向器输出部分提供动力输入,还要能够限制转向器输出部分的转动。在这些条件,设计出符合要求试验台,设计过程中还参考了湖北三环汽车方向机公司的转向器产品。由于在大三实习过程中主要接触液压助力转向器产品中的循环球类的转向器,因此性能试验台装配图是针对循环球产品的装配图。试验台的成功建成对转向器产品的性能检测提供了有利的帮助。

Abstract
There are more and more people using cars in today’s society, and traffic accidents are frequent due to various reasons, causing great harm to people. Among them, damage caused by automobiles can be avoided to some extent. As the steering device is an important part of the car, it is also a key component in determining the active safety of the vehicle. Its quality seriously affects the handling and stability of the car, which is related to the safety of life and property of drivers, passengers, and others. In order to avoid the damage caused by the quality of the vehicle itself, we need to perform a pre-ship performance test on the hydraulic power steering gear of the automobile to ensure the quality of the steering gear. According to the technical conditions and test methods of the automobile hydraulic power steering in the national automobile industry standards, consider the test requirements for the no-load dynamic torque, steering force test, sensitivity test, return-to-negative capability and functional test, and select the appropriate steering power input part, Fixture section and output section. Recognizing that the hydraulic assist performance test bench should not only provide the power input to the steering input structure, but also take into account the need to provide load to the output section of the steering gear on one hand, and also to provide power input to the output section of the steering gear, but also to limit The output of the steering gear is turned. In these conditions, a test bench that meets the requirements was designed, and in the design process, the steering gear product of Hubei Sanhuan Automobile Steering Machine Company was also referred to. As the primary contact with the recirculating ball steering gear in the hydraulic power steering products during the junior internship, the performance test bench assembly drawing is for the assembly of the recirculating ball product. The successful completion of the test bench has provided beneficial help for the performance testing of the steering gear product.
