血浆D-二聚体检测在对DIC患者早期诊断中的应用价值探讨(论文4000字)
摘要：目的 探讨血浆内D-二聚体的含量在对DIC患者进行早期诊断的临床应用价值。方法 选取我院2012年5月至2015年5月收治的40例确切诊断为DIC的患者作为对照组，另选同期入院时诊断为疑似DIC的40例患者作为研究组。在患者入院之时，即测量两组患者的血浆D-二聚体含量，观察研究组患者病程走向，每日测量研究组患者的血浆D-二聚体，记录该组中后期被确切诊断为DIC患者的例数及所有患者的血浆D-二聚体变化。结果 研究组患者随病情变化，后期确切诊断为DIC的患者有19例；患者入院时，对照组患者的血浆D-二聚体为（1170.5±27.5）μg/L，研究组患者的血浆D-二聚体为（335±32.8）μg/L，两组患者相比，具有统计学差异（P<0.05）；研究组中，确诊为DIC的19例患者，入院后8天内，血浆D-二聚体持续升高，而非DIC患者的血浆D-二聚体基本保持不变，两类患者的每日血浆D-二聚体比较具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 血浆D-二聚体为诊断DIC的标准之一，在临床应用较为广泛，对早期DIC的临床诊断具有较大的意义。

Application of D- two in early diagnosis of patients with DIC
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical application value of D- two in the early diagnosis of DIC patients.Methods 40 patients with DIC from May 2012 to May 2015 were selected as the control group,over the same period, admission diagnosis of 40 cases of suspected DIC patients as the study group.At the time of admission,to measure the plasma levels of D- two in the two groups, and to observe the trend of the patients in the study group,the plasma D- two was measured in the study group, and the number of patients with in the middle and later period of the group was diagnosed as DIC and the changes of plasma D- two.Results The study group patients with the disease, the late diagnosis of DIC in patients with 19 cases;At the time of admission, the plasma D- two in the control group was (1170.5± 27.5) g/L,in the study group, the plasma D- dimer was (335±32.8) g/L,compared with the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);In the study group, 19 patients were diagnosed with DIC, and two days after admission, the plasma D- 8 dimer continued to rise,while the plasma D- dimer in patients with non DIC remained unchanged in two,The two groups of patients with the daily plasma D- two were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma D- two is one of the criteria for diagnosis of DIC, and is widely used in clinical diagnosis of early DIC.
