苯丙氨酸产生菌的筛选及发酵条件优化(12000字)
摘  要:从浏阳河土壤中随机筛选出细菌120多株,通过薄板层析鉴定其中菌qz1-1能产生苯丙氨酸。经培养基成分优化、培养条件优化及正交实验,qz1-1最适培养基成分及培养条件为:麸皮8%、葡萄糖3%、蛋白胨0.5%、32 ℃、pH8.0、培养时间4 d。在此条件下发酵产生的苯丙氨酸含量最高,产酸率达1.5%。

Screening a strain producing phenylalanine and optimizing fermentation conditions
Abstract:Over 120 strains of bacteria were screened at random from soil near Liu yang river. Strain qz1-1 was identified to be ability of producing phenylalanine by method of thin lager chromatography. Fermentation conditions were investigated by orthogonal experiment, and results showed that the productivity of phenylalanine reached 1.5% when strain qz1-1 was cultaned at wheat bran 4%, glucose 3%, peptone 0.5%, pH8.0 at 32 ℃ for 4 days.
