锑冶炼过程中冶金核算及污染物分析(11000字)

摘  要:随着科学技术的发展,锑现在已被广泛用于生产各种阻燃剂、搪瓷、玻璃、橡胶、涂料、颜料、陶瓷、塑料、半导体元件、烟花、医药及化工等部门产品。在锑冶炼的过程中,要产生大量的废渣、废气。利用检测得到典型的冶炼矿石成分分析结果,进行冶金核算,从理论上计算出生产过程中产生的废气及其成分,通过对比排放标准,进一步确定冶炼废气的各污染因子的处理效率。通过理论分析有利于进一步提高冶炼废气的处理效率,充分了解冶炼过程中产生的废气的成分,为净化冶炼废气提供可靠的基础数据。

Pollutant analysis of smelting process antimony

Abstract: With the development of science and technology, antimony now widely used in the production of all kinds of products, such as retardant, enamel, glass, rubber, coating, pigment, ceramics, semiconductor element, fireworks, medicine, chemical product, and so on. It will produce the large amount of off-gas and solid waste in the process of antimony smelting. Based on the results of the ore content meter test, proceed a metallurgy accounting. Theoretically, calculated the composition of off-gas during productive process. By comparing the emissions standards, confirm the efficiency of working of each pollution factor in productive process. To the benefit of further improve the treatment efficiency and detailed understanding of the composition of off-gas during productive process. To provide reliable basis data for smelting waste gas purification.
