溴虫腈在稻田样品中的分析方法及残留降解行为研究

摘  要:本研究对样品建立了一种有效的溴虫腈气相色谱分析方法,并用于15%溴虫腈的稻田上的残留试验研究中,通过对样品提取、净化、浓缩,研究了溴虫腈在稻田水、水稻植株及糙米中残留分析方法,探讨了溴虫腈在稻田水中的降解动态规律,得出溴虫腈在稻田水中的平均回收率为 99.4%,变异系数为9.92%~12.79%;在稻杆中的平均回收率为99.2%,变异系数为7.23%~16.25%;在糙米中的平均回收率为97.9%,变异系数为7.97%~13.5%。分析方法最小检出量为2.0×10-11 g;溴虫腈在稻田水中的最低检出浓度为0.1μg/kg。在稻田水中的消解动态实验结果表明:溴虫腈在稻田水中的消解符合一级化学反应动力学模式C=C0e-kt,在长沙、杭州两地稻田水中的半衰期分别为6.24d、7.09d。

Abstract: The samples in this study to establish an effective Chlorfenapyr Gas Chromatography, and 15% for rice Chlorfenapyr residue on the study, through the sample extraction, purification, enrichment, studies in rice fields chlorfenapyr Water, and brown rice in the rice plant residue analysis methods investigated chlorfenapyr degradation in paddy water dynamic rule, obtained in the rice water chlorfenapyr average recovery was 99.4%, coefficient of variation was 9.92% ~ 12.79%; in Rice straw in the average recovery was 99.2%, coefficient of variation was 7.23% ~ 16.25%; in brown rice, the average recovery was 97.9%, coefficient of variation was 7.97% to 13.5%. Analysis of the minimum detectable amount was 2.0 × 10-9 g; Chlorfenapyr minimum detectable water in the rice fields the concentration of 0.0001mg/kg. Degradation dynamics of water in rice fields results show that: the water in the rice fields Chlorfenapyr digestion pattern consistent with a chemical reaction kinetics C=C0e-kt, in Changsha, Hangzhou, two half-life of paddy water were 6.24d, 7.09d.
