SAP的实施主要包括项目准备,业务蓝图,项目实施,最后准备,上线支持等5个重大阶段。而在每一个阶段都是影响项目是否能够成功的关键因素。本篇论文也是以海尔集团实施SAP为例,对SAP的项目实施的整个过程以及每个阶段的基本工作重点和需要着重关注以及需要注意的地方做了一个简单的介绍。并对海尔业务中的几个比较典型的业务蓝图做了分析和讲解。最后,也针对这次海尔的MM的推广实施,做了项目总结和一些影响项目
